Firefox Android extension : Feature Request/Bug #44

Hi Guys,

Not sure if the Mitro Firefox extension was ever supposed to work with Firefox for Android but when I attempt to install it from your site i get the below error

As the Mitro Android client is read-only would be awesome if the full extension worked on Firefox for Android!

Wow we never even considered Firefox for Android. Do regular Firefox extensions work there? That would be cool, but unfortunately based on the user numbers, would have to be low priority. If anyone figures out what is broken though, I would happily merge it.

Regular FF extensions can work on FF for Android, but sometimes they need additional work to be compatible. @diracdeltas made HTTPS Everywhere work on FF Android and might have some pointers.

thanks @evanj and @jsha , i normally dont use firefox but thought i give it a go to see if this would 'just work'

might be the quickest way to get full read/write support on android

i anyone has converted a desktop extension to android FF it would be greatly appreciated if you could look into this
