Private repository links ( for example: hg+https://bitbucket.org/foobar/demopy#egg=demopy ) which require authentication through a prompt, does not work with requirements.txt file. I think this is because standard input is not being forwarded to pip ( thus to mercurial ) inside Builder.execute function.
