Hi Simon,
I tried to install freesasa by ./configure make && sudo make install, but ./configure does not produce the makefile. Do you know to fix this?
Hi, sorry for the late response. Did it work out in the end? You need to run autoreconf -i before ./configure if you clone from the git repo.
autoreconf -i
./configure
