enable multigroup apis #61

This PR changes the project layout, enabling the operator to use multigroup APIs.

List of changes:

Issued the operator-sdk edit --multigroup command (operator-sdk v1.3.0) to enable multigroup APIs via kubebuilder.
Moved API definitions from api/v1alpha2 -> apis/registries/v1alpha2
- Adjusted code generation (e.g. Makefile), doc and tests to comply to the above
Moved controller definitions from controllers -> controllers/registries
