Bump to Varnish 7 #158

Currently, kube-httpcache ships Varnish 6.0 LTS. Varnish 7 has been available for a while now, and we should investigate bumping the bundled Varnish version to the latest 7.3 release (ideally on top of a more current base image; see #156).
