additional parameter to the new partials header and footer #14

Now it would be fine to have also the setting below: in addition to plugin.tx_web2pdf.settings.useCustomHeader = 1 this one:

plugin.tx_web2pdf.settings.useCustomHeaderOnlyOnFirstpage = 1

Perhaps also for the footer!?
