Yes that's true. We only get this page
Hmm, that's strange, I'm using it regularly and works fine. Maybe I need to try with a new account.
So my friend tried this as well. App failed to work on Google Chrome for Android, but it worked on Firefox. I don't know how can I explain that since it's an issue with Google's authentication and doesn't look like bug with the app
@mitul45
I'm not able to login getting the following error
Maybe only the app creator is allowed to authenticate until Google verifies the app? Here's the Google support page about this issue.
Thanks, let me check that.
I remember submitting it for verification earlier to Google but somehow it didn't go through. Trying again now.
Any update on this matter, would really like to try this out!
Hey @blombergniklas, sorry for the delay.
I did got a response from Google – basically they asked me to put some more info about what/how of the app before asking for login.
If your app is meant to be public, please ensure that your app’s homepage
URL features content associated with your brand, accurately represents
your true identity, and clearly describes the functionality of your app.
I'll submit for review once I've added that info and keep this thread updated.
is there some update on this? 😊
I also received a similar message, but I guess this repo is not maintained actively.
@mitul45 let me know if you need any help from community to maintain, this I can also jump in.
maybe we can help push changes; to migrate from oAuth to api_key-based access? getting the same error "This app is blocked"
Is there any plan to put this project back to life?
Hey everyone, thanks for the report. Unfortunately, I won't be able to put time into this although I can review the PRs if you want to contribute:)
@mitul45 any news? How can we self host this? Can we create the Google App ourselves and give the scopes to it? Please help!
It's over.
When trying to login using Google account, it says "this application is not verified by Google to use this".
