Problem with mailto #79

When I use a link like "mailto:" I got:

"Failed to load URL mailto:mail@example.com? ... with error (-302)." 

Anyone already got this problem?

I added "<?php shell_exec("start 
mailto:\"mail@example.com?subject=Mysubject&body=Mybody"); ?>" to my PHP file. 
It works on my local Windows 7, but not on Windows Server 2008 R2.
