Front-end research for this application.

For front-end as per my research, we can use Bootstrap as it will make our development fast as we have less time to complete this application. I am also doing research for other opensource libs for UI.

Finished UI research. Decided to create our own UI and can take custom template from the internet for reusing existing UI. Now passing on this task to Prathyush for her to research or put some input.
