[Value] Generalize the concept. #32

The MC_HVALUE and MC_HVALUETYPE should be generalized.

Application should be able to implement more value types.
Application should be able to "derive" new types from existing ones.
Add methods for getting (ideal or minimal) size for the value.
Add public interface for calling all the methods (e.g. mcValue_Paint()) to augment re-usability of the concept.
