Add dev page to rebuild

• Consolidated the logic of the agent in /api/agent
• Connected to the front end through the useAgent hooks

Memo

Created the /dev page and produced the necessary files. Duplicate agents and unnecessary code will be removed in a separate PR.

Notes

Edge runtime/Abort issue There are cases where Signal is not working properly, so it's being detected from ReadableStream.
