Investigate how Slack API works and make some tests

[x] Make API calls using postman to ensure the correct behavior
[x] Formatting the post message using UPM logo, tpv colors, etc

After reading the api documentation I created and tested 3 types of message structures for the 3 types of alerts (info, warning and critical) I am going to use 3 different emojis to indicates the type of message and the UPM logo image. the 3 types of emojis are: :rotating_light: critical :warning: warning :information_source: info
