PR addressing Issue #246

auroc() is now able to be applied onto mint.block.(s)plsda objects. Required following adjustments:

• mean_centering_per_study() was modified in the same way as in PR #226. Essentially, even for MINT objects, the global center and scale attributes are added to object, rather than purely the per study forms of these attributes
• mint.block.plsda() had the indY and weights parameters added to the returned object. These are calculated the same way as in block.splsda(). The predict() function requires these objects to function
