Fix for issue #262 #263

Going to try a few different methods to resolve this issue. More information will be recorded below

It seems that the "master" branch within the r-lib/action repo (found here was removed, meaning our calls to it were invalid. By adjusting these to @v2 (new default branch) rather than @master, issue was resolved.
