OHM mostly unresponsive on Windows 10 #722

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect OHM to be responsive to user input. Instead, most of the time it seems 
to ignore mouse clicks and all other attempts at input. Every few seconds, it 
seems to wake up and process the last input. While it's unresponsive, the 
caption includes '(Not Responding)', and the mouse pointer indicates activity 
of some kind. The unresponsive periods last about 20 seconds. Initially OHM 
responds normally, but after some indeterminate amount of time, the 
unresponsiveness starts. Remoting into the Windows 10 computer via RDP may be 
related.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.1 beta on Windows 10 release.

This problem seems to be resolved with Windows 10 Preview release 10525.
