Connect On My Computer gets into a bad state when Game isn't running #140

It appears when you attempt to connect to a channel that actually isn't running interactive, the CDK goes into a weird state where it never can connect to that channel again unless you restart

Steps to Repro:

Don't have a Game Client running
Run On My Computer
Notice it hangs because there is no game client running.

(At this point, if you start a game client, it still won't connect)

Close the dialog
Start the Game Client
Run On My Computer
Observe that it does not connect
