Mpeg-4 is ok? #58

Hello, I'm a student in HK and my english is not good. So, I say sorry at first 
if you can not understand this content and thank you for spend your time to 
read my question. 

Now, I want to run this project on my android platform in Wifi network 
environment. The project can run but when I use VPlayer to play the video it 
was very slow, not distinct and have many more mosaic. I very sure what my 
android device's camera and wifi network is well. I think it spend the time in 
encoder and decoder processes.

So I think if the project use Mpeg-4 RTP payload then my question will be done. 
Now, I just want to know if I want to change H264 RTP payload to Mpeg-4 RTP 
payload what should i do. How can i do the question will be done.

Oh, my Mouse have a little problem it alway double clicks when i just click one 
touching.
