I'm using Manjaro Linux, and I'd like to keep using this amazing tool  is there any way to do it?

Not sure what you mean. You can still use turndown both in web apps and in Node, nothing has changed except the GitHub URL.

I'm a noob using Node, so I have no idea of how to run Turndown offline, I installed it through npm but I'm not sure about how to run it so I can use it and the Readme feels very scary to me, tbh  how could I run it as a webapp?

Closing this issue as it does not contain any actual issue for the project. The usage of this library is very simple as shown in the README. This kind of questions are more suitable for a general NodeJS/NPM Q-A forums (e.g. StackOverflow).

You can use project's GitHub Pages as an ad-hoc playground https://mixmark-io.github.io/turndown/.
