Enforce specifying the steep time for a recipe #17

As a user suggested, an “aggressive” Pop-Up after a user entered their recipes for a mix, to make people think a little more about steeping time

I personally don't care too much about steep time. I take that as a suggestion, but generally dive in right after I mixed something up. So for me the "aggressive" part would be annoying. So I'd vote for no on this. I would generally steer clear from anything annoying. The user should have fun using the site and not be annoyed.

Instead we could let the users enter the steep time they found best after they mixed a recipe. So we get a crowd sourced "best after" suggestion. Something like:

Suggested steep time:
By the mixer: 1
Average from users: 5.5
Min-Max from users: 0 - 14

I like your idea way better and am in general completely on your side on this thing. I thought it would be too annoying to, but I simply wrote all suggestions down - wouldn't want to leave anything out.
