Mixpanel events inconsistently recorded #396

Events are getting recorded BUT are inconsistent. Sometimes an event gets recorded, sometimes it is not.

For context, I am using rudderstack -> mixpanel via device mode. Device mode means it will send API calls to Mixpanel directly (not via Rudderstack). I also checked the network tab in dev tools and it is sending an identify call to Mixpanel.

Here's an image of an identify call not getting recorded. It is a new project which leads me to another question, do new projects have a warm up time? image
