Items that can grant static increases or decreases to skillcheck modifiers for specific types of rolls.
I'm picturing some as being actual IC items that the character could unequip or pass along to another character. I'm also picturing some as being called a Blessing or a Curse that shouldn't be tradeable.
I'm not sure what the scale should be for said items in terms of the maximum you would want to see on a given item. Even a plus one is pretty impactful. A plus 3 is game changing. A plus 5 would be pretty insane and god like.
