I hate to nerf my own class, but I believe there is currently no cooldown on my AA spell Cannibalization. After playing in EQMU I realized that probably shouldn't be the case. I had to look at multiple sites before I found one that showed a cooldown. As far as I can tell it should have a 3 second cooldown. Honestly I doubt it will make a huge difference for gameplay to add the cooldown, but don't want to hide a bug just because it benefits me.
