Fix saved anchor point #98

Do not save the UIParent frame

Issue ticket #XXXX

If applied, this PR will... Stop saving the UIParent table

Please provide detail on the technical changes, if relevant It's not a good idea to save the UIParent table to SavedVariables. It doesn't really work.
