Use relative paths. #2

Corrects the issue of having the Windows build environment in a directory other than 'c:\mixxx\environments\prototype\build', which was preventing chromaprint and taglib from building.

Hmm not so sure if what I did was correct after seeing this post on the forums http://www.mixxx.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=6753 After reading this, it seems what I did was make it work 'the cmake way'
