Windows: Update Qt5 to 5.10.1 and enable it by default. #38

Ok, successfully built and ran Mixxx on Windows 7 x64 with this environment. Merging to kick off a build, then will update https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/pull/1632 to enable Qt 5 on Windows too.
