Make macOS environment relocatable. #69

Fix protoc symbolic link to be relative.
Add a script to make dylibs/executables relocatable.
Use clang to build.
Fix permissions issues for openssl dylibs.

Fixes #44.

Jenkins build succeeded, but please don't merge. I'm testing the built environment. This change requires a corresponding change in Mixxx's relocation logic.
