Update manual with information and drawbacks of beatmap vs beatgrid #19

need to explain that while it can help with tracks with crazy bpm floating, but that it can't be edited and may cause problems with syncing and looping under certain circumstances.

I'm unsure if this still makes sense to invest time into this because we are replacing beatmap and beatgrid in Mixxx 2.4 with a unified format anyway. Maybe it's more worthwhile to create a 2.4 branch for the manual already? @hacksdump what do you think?
