okay, thanks for the screencast.
what I see: when you first click the Aux knob the mouse pointer moves away AND turns the knob, right? on second attempt only the pointer moves out of sight, but the knob stays steady.
1) Does it also happen when the Mixxx window is maximized on the second screen?
2) Does this happen with the Aux Volume knob only or are there other controls affected, too?
3) Can you use the scroll wheel to adjust Aux volume? (this should work with all knobs and sliders in Mixxx)
Mixxx version is 2.2.3 or 2.2.4? windows 10 I assume?

Hey! Answers point by point:
// ".../...when you first click the Aux knob the mouse pointer moves away AND turns the knob, right? "
= Yes. BUT only because I pointed slightly on the right side of the knob with a clic-slide action...
// ".../... on second attempt only the pointer moves out of sight, but the knob stays steady..../..."
= Yes. BECAUSE I stayed still on it and its center area.
// ".../... 1) Does it also happen when the Mixxx window is maximized on the second screen? .../..."
= YES! Definitely
// ".../... 2) Does this happen with the Aux Volume knob only or are there other controls affected, too?.../..."
= ABSOLUTELY ALL BUTTONS (of this Knob type) ARE AFFECTED, INDEED! Mic, Ducking, Headphones volumes, etc...
// ".../... 3) Can you use the scroll wheel to adjust Aux volume? (this should work with all knobs and sliders in Mixxx).../..."
= NO! and absolutely No...
// ".../... Mixxx version is 2.2.3 or 2.2.4?.../..."
= 2.2.4 yet...
// ".../... windows 10 I assume?.../..."
= Windows 10 Home, indeed
= :: = To Be Continued. Tx 4 your researches

Important precision on 1st answer: // ".../...when you first click the Aux knob the mouse pointer moves away AND turns the knob, right? "
= Yes. BUT only because I pointed slightly on the right side of the knob with a clic-slide action... AND this way, the setting of the button goes DIRECTLY from center position to MAX position WHILE the arrow jump up right screen (almost disappears!) at lightyear speed!

we just got a similiar report on the forums. there, Mixxx was scaled by manually setting the Qt scale factor. Do you have App Scaling activated for Mixxx, either manually or automatic?

Recently https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/pull/3512 was merged which fixes the touchscreen knob interaction.
@helsinki-open-waves Can you try https://downloads.mixxx.org/builds/2.3/Windows/Mixxx-2.3-latest.msi to check wether that fixes the issue for you, too?

AUX1 Volume knob is reacting badly when using extra screen laptop set-up: If sliding Mixxx screen to extra screen for a bigger view while broadcasting, clicking on AUX1 volume button to adjust volume makes the mouse pointer jump to up right side of screen !!! so adjusting is not possible, but only right click to set back at center position...
Attaching screenshot is useless as a demonstration. So I made a short video and uploaded in my Public Dropbox folder. Here´s the link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/almp93yf6my95zy/Mixxx-Aux1ButtonSymptom.mov?dl=0
Hope This Helps
EDIT(ronso0) affects all GUI knobs & sliders: when dragging any of those to adjust mouse pointer jumps to the far right and sets controls to max.
Windows 10 Mixxx 2.2.4
