Volume dips on closing preferences #10233

When I go into preferences while a track is playing, and change nothing, then I close the preferences window, the output volume dips by a number of dB. I have to restart to get back the normal output. This happens with or without ReplayGain normalisation being on.

Which version of Mixxx do you use on which OS? Is the volume dip reflected in the Deck's VU_meter? What are your replay gain settings? What are your EQ settings?

Yes, reflected in the VU meter.

ReplayGain on, -14 LUFS (+4), no initial boost

EQs are flat.

Can you reproduce this without any LV2 effects loaded?

Yes, I disabled them all, restarted, same again, drops about 10 dB. I set all the FX to autopan (though with no FX routing set), restarted, same again.

Sorry, the auto expire feature strikes. I have moved it back to the status "new".

I still cannot reproduce the issue.

Maybe it is a Quick effect or the mater EQ?
Please check if the issue disappears after reseting the Equalizer preferences to default.
