QuickEffectRack1: No visual feedback on screen #11693

Bug Description

The controls of QuickEffectRack1 work when engaged by the buttons and knobs of a hardware controller, but the pots on the screen stay at the center position and the on/off indicator remains lit.

Skins: LateNight, Deere

Are all skins affected? Do the GUI controls work?

Both LateNight and Deere affected.

UI controls work.

So Tango is okay?

To clarify: is this a Qt6 regression, i.e. 2.4 works as expected?

main on Qt5. I am not testing each and every combination.
