controller functions switched with 2.4 upgrade, cannot reassign using wizard #13084

Bug Description

Track gain functions switched to quick fx knobs controls upon upgrade. Track gain knobs now control fx wet/dry function. Learning Wizard will read knob movements in attempt to reassign, but will not actually reassign

on another attempt, the controls do indeed reassign, but i am finding more functions falsely assigned, e.g pitch range buttons, and key lock button is inversely implemented

Could you try, if the error also occurs, if you comment out the lines 174-177 by adding // at the begin of each line: https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/blob/ada244c233bc96d27420a70f404c578e6b706840/res/controllers/Reloop%20Terminal%20Mix%202-4.js#L172-L178

commenting out had no effect in both usr/share/mixxx/controllers and /home/username/.mixxx/controllers mixxx.txt
