I noticed just now that there's a default key binding to enable keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+´ (after reading #12749).
I never see that key in the menu.
Furthermore, if I set umlauts (äöü) in Custom.kbd.cfg they work and they'll be shown in the tooltips.
But: I can not use them for the menubar hotkeys.
I'm using a german keyboard layout ("System" in Mixxx) and en_gb locale.
I assume this is a Qt issue, or rather Qt making wrong assumptions about my keyboard.
Any idea how to fix this? I.e. show in the menu whatever users define in Custom.kbd.cfg
