Bug Description

load Echo effect in some unit where it affects deck1, e.g. Smooth Growl preset to Quick Effect deck1, or Echo to unit X and assign that to deck1
open Track Properties
set BPM to 1
apply, close
load track, BPM/beatgrid is reanalyzed

DEBUG ASSERT: "delay_samples <= pGroupState->delay_buf.size()" in function virtual void EchoEffect::processChannel(EchoGroupState*, const CSAMPLE*, CSAMPLE*, const mixxx::EngineParameters&, EffectEnableState, const GroupFeatureState&) at ./src/effects/backends/builtin/echoeffect.cpp:157

Didn't check the log for other beatgrid messages. Will try reproduce.
