Allow showing shortcut tooltips for pushbuttons that trigger main menu actions. I.e. associate main menu controls with engine/skin controls.

For example:

[Library], show_maximized -> [KeyboardShortcuts], ViewMenu_MaximizeLibrary
[ChannelN], vinylcontrol_enabled -> [KeyboardShortcuts], OptionsMenu_EnableVinyl1
