Battery icon disapear after some time #13417

Bug Description

Tango skin

On a laptop, during discharge.

After some time, battery icone disapear. I have seen icone 90% (?), grey color.

When pluging power supply on laptop short time after diseaperance, the battery icon appear (the one around 90%, grey color, with "electrical power" inside icone.

OS

Windows 11 Professionnal version 23H2

I think it disappears because we don't set an icon (hide the widget) for Battery::ChargingState::Unknown I just opened #13432
