Add "Mark as played" to the right click contextual menu #13490

Feature Description

It would be neat if I could go to my History, select all the songs I played from some previous set and mark them as played in one click. Or filter to a particular artist or album and mark it all as played. It would help me to keep my sets fresh and not always rely on the same bangers.

Since at least Mixxx 2.3 you can mark entire History playlists as 'played' via the playlist context menu image

Do you think it's required to have this available per track / bulk-makr (in the menu, not just the checkbox in the table) ?

Oh, I didn't know that! That's great. It would still be nice to have that in the general context menu when right clicking on any group of tracks. For example, maybe I've noticed I've been playing a lot of Artist A lately and want to avoid playing any of them in my next set. I'd like to search for Artist A, select all, and mark all as played.

I see that having this in the menu is useful, the only aspect that worries me is that the menu will grow even bigger.

Can we move some actions into a new submenu? image
