Mixx doesn't read my Maya 44 usb Soundcard #5257

Hi my name is Jose Colon i check out everything and i read everything so my problem is that my sound card (Maya-44) has 4 input and 4 output and sometime Mixxx has a configuration error between Asio4allv2 and my Maya44 its like it can not find it when i set it up in vinily control its there something wrong please fix this

And the other one is that sometime it want to read my Maya44 sound card and i have the cha. set to each turntable its like it don't pick up and then it wants to and then when it does its like it can't find or it say "configuration error cannot locate Audio for Maya44" so please if u guys make a NEW VER. of the Mixx PLEASE HAVE IT SET TO IF IT GETS AN ERROR OR A BUG PROBLEM THAT IT WILL SEND THE PROBLEM TO U GUY AND WHEN U SEE WHAT IS THE PROBLEM THEN U GUY CAN SEND A BUG FIX TO WHO EVER HAS THE PROBLEM

AND PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE NEXT VER. OF THE MIXX KNOW ABOUT THE MAYA 44 USB SOUND CARD BECAUSE 
WHEN I PLAY WITH IT IT READS DECK 1 BUT WHEN I WANT TO PLAY DECK 2 IT STAYS WITH DECK ONE AND ITS NOT SUPPOSE TO DO THAT 
LOOK MAYA-44 USB SOUNDCARD HAS 4 INPUT AND 4OUTPUT MEANING (1-2,3-4 INPUT) AND (1-2,3-4 OUTPUT) SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW SOMETHING

Could you please tell me what version of Mixxx you are using?

Are you able to use your Maya44 with ASIO4ALL in other audio applications for Windows, such as Audacity? What about other DJ applications?

Also, I'm having a little bit of trouble understanding what your problem exactly is. Please let me know if the following is a correct reading of your bug report.

You have two problems: 1) Sometimes, when loading Mixxx it is unable to acquire your Maya44 soundcard for use and presents you with an audio configuration error dialog. 2) You are attempting to use Vinyl Control, but when you move the timecode vinyl on either turn-table, both of them only affect deck 1? What kind of timecode vinyls are you using?

You are lucky RJ is in a good mood. Personally, I found the tone of your report offensive, demanding and whiney.

You should read http://catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html on how to ask questions in an informed way that is respectful of internet etiquette and more importantly to those in the free software community who could actually help you.

Next you should read http://mixxx.org/wiki/doku.php/reporting_bugs and provide all of the information, particularly proper logs of when it works and when it doesn't.

Without this info, it can only be assumed that the problem is specific to your machine, asio4all or your maya44. Marking as incomplete until more info is made available.

Hi hows its going just to tell u the version of Mixxx is 1.7.1 for windows 32 bit sys.

 Yes I'm able to use my Maya44 with ASIO4ALL with other Audio applications for my Windows but i do not have Audacity because i do not know what that is or what it does?

Other Dj Applications Ex:(VirtualDJ, DeckaDance, PCDJ DEX,)

Ok both problem are correct of what i mean now u have ask what type of control vinily i have Serato SLCV02 (Black Control Vinily)

Look i thank RJ for at least reading it and understanding it at least before jumping into thing

Secondly my report was not Offensive and not demanding and whiney

RJ give me Two Question and i read them and its right on the money

My report Had to have at least every bit of detail of what was happening to me so everybody can understand.

What is so hard with that?

And third of all if u ask "Y" i wrote with the caps on is only so People can read on what i have to say So if anybody think that i was Talking out loud or screaming that was not on how i had it .

Ok i forgot to let u know on a few thing ok so please bare with me

Equipment that i have

2 TTX TurnTables 1 DJX700 Beringer Maya-44 Usb Soundcard (4-Input and 4-Output) 2 Serato SLCV02 Timecode Vinily 1 Inspiron 6400 Laptop running Windows Vista Basic 32-Bit,    Intel CPU T2250@ 1.73GHz      1.73GHz, Ram 2.00Gb

Ok Logs ? what do u mean? How do i find that?

I can tell u that when i started and i hooked up my Usb sound card everything show up fine but it started to read really off Here I'll explain Everything is hook and Plugged up, i put on the sound card and turn on the Vinily control i load a two songs on each side

Now like i said on my report: It plays in Deck one on my soundcard for Ch.1-2 input and output But Deck two show up on input (Ch.3-4) of my sound card but it will not show up on my Output Ch.3-4 it only show on  Ch.1-2 output for sound so i don't get it Ex: Maya-44 has 4 Ch.-4 input and 4 output my input Ch1-2 is my Deck 1 and Input Ch.3-4 is my Deck 2 Now the output are already easy Output Ch.1-2, and Output Ch. 3-4

but why is it when i check the problem in prefrence mode on Mixxx and it show each Correct Ch,

and when i do a check up again it show me audio configuration error can not find audio for Maya 44

Now what do u mean if i can access the card via DirectSound in Mixxx?

Yes i have had it talk through ASIO4ALL but it never show up on ASIO4ALL

and when i shut it down and reopen it it gives me the same problem Audio configuration error can not find audio for Maya 44

Or if i use ASIO4ALL it tells me the same thing Audio configuration error can not find audio for ASIO4ALL

When everything is still hook up to my laptop?

Oh sorry i forgot

Yes i have gotten my Maya-44 to talk to ASIO4ALL and all other Programs that i have said EX: VirtualDJ, DeckaDeance, PCDJ DEX

These Program do read my Maya-44

but i will check out Audacity and see how it works
