Adding tracks to library causes deck2 to freeze #7064

Running an online show and trying to add mp3s on the fly to play as listener requests.

So, song playing on mixxx, go to youtube and convert selected track to mp3 (don't worry, we have copyright licence fee thing in place).

Go back to mixxx and rescan library to find new mp3.

Add new mp3 to deck and play when first track ends.

Deck not playing new track freezes: completely unresponsive. Talk button still works and new track can be paused and rewound etc but 2nd deck dead.

Later, possibly related or possibly not, talk button becomes dead too.

OSX 10.6.8 on 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Macbook. Latest freshly installed version of Mixxx. Tascam US-122mkII USB soundcard.

While Mixxx shouldn't be freezing, it shouldn't be necessary to rescan the whole library just to add one file. You can drag the file from a file manager to mixxx, or use the Browse tool to find files that aren't already in your library. Once the file is loaded, it'll be in your library.

But this is still a bug.
