Implement Editable Beatmaps

Since beatmaps are often not perfect, we need the following features:

Additional things that would be useful for beatgrids:

As soon as a beatmap editing function is used, a beatgrid is converted to a beatmap.
Milestones: pick a point and say "the bpm from here on is X".

While most of it has already been done, functionalities, like add and remove beat, don't exist since they break the continuum of the bar.
