Moog filter crackling #8200

When turning the moog filter superknob, a crackling sound is heard. However, it only happens with the effect on the quick effect rack. When the effect is on an effects unit, neither the individual lp and hp knobs nor the superknob have issues.

To reproduce, simply load the moog filter to the quick effect rack, turn the hi and mid eq knobs down so you can listen and twist the filter knob.

The other filter effect is not affected.

Yes, still happening in 1.12 and master.

I can confirm a similar issue for the Moog ladder and the Bitcrusher at any effect position.

Do we really want to publish a 2.0.1? This will be most likely match with the 2.1.0 release date anyway. IMHO it is time to introduce a 2.1.0 beta now. Any thoughts?

Yea, there are some blunders that are worth fixing -- for example we forgot to update the translations.

It'll be super lightweight -- just hit "Build" again on 1.12-release and then silently update the downloads.
