menu bar titles are black #9353

Build: 2.2.0-alpha-pre (build master r6517) OS: Arch Linux WM: i3wm

As the title says, my build from just the other other day has menu titles as black text on dark-gray background when using all skins:

The actual submenus display normally as black text on light-gray background.
