preferences window: maximize not kept when changing skins #9956

Skins changing

changing a maximized skin it remains maximized but on the original skin resolution. (ie, you need to unmaximize it + maximize it to make it really maximized)
related, pressing "apply" you cannot move the window to reach the maximize button. You need to move away or close the preferences window to do so (users just trying different skins is a common use case I believe)

I cannot confirm this with the latest 2.3 alpha on Ubuntu Bionic. Can you?

this is probably a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/mixxx/+bug/1777328 and it is windows specific
