During BrainHack Ghent 2018 (https://brainhackghent.github.io/#3Dprint), I proposed a project in order to make a shell script running the commands you provided on https://github.com/miykael/3dprintyourbrain in one go... Combining both FreeSurfer and MeshLab. Hope you like it!
