Why would one not want to run recon-all in parallel?

Should the readme and script be updated to include the -parallel flag?

I agree @Pezmc. With the current PCs, it doesn't really make sense to not use the parallel flag. If you send me a quick PR with the new flag, then I'm happy to merge it. Thanks for your input!
