Added some updates to Demo notebook

This looks all great, thanks @kristianeschenburg.

The only thing to correct, the Demo.ipynb file is currently 15MB big, as it still includes some outputs. Can you just update the notebook by cleaning out all the cells. Like this the whole thing is again only a simple text file.

After that I'm happy to merge.
