Corrected and updated the Demo notebook #28

Some typos and wrong file references in text. Also added instructions on exporting the labels and converting them to CIFTI. It might be worth adding this functionality to Fragment.write.

I saw that you also deleted the file data/hcp/temporal.annot. Was this on purpose?

Otherwise, all looks fine for me and I'm happy to merge. Thank you for the changes! :+1:

Ah yes! That annot file is what's created by the Demo when it shows the write function at the bottom. I figured it's unnecessary to keep there, and it also was under the wrong directory (hcp instead of freesurfer).

Ah ok. Yes, than deleting it was correct :-)

I will merge this, as it is all fine!
