update ML tutorial feature dataset #11

The ML tutorial data didn't really work during my last test, thus I extracted the networks from all participant and saved them again. I hope it works now.

Strange, on my side everything seem to have worked. Anyway, I wanted to go ahead and merge this PR but got a "resolve conflict" message. I had to solve it locally and update the file myself (not sure what happened), but everything should be fine now. Can you verify please?

I've implemented this PR with https://github.com/miykael/workshop_pybrain/commit/e017a32bac88ce7e3de106f4b5c410fa73c8016d. I got a branch conflict (not sure why) which I was only able to solve locally by adding your file myself.
