Fix MobWardBlock not possible to place above height 254. #114

Simple change to make the mob ward block possible to be placed above height 254. It also makes it compatible with datapacks that change the world max build height.

Any chance this fix could be ported back to 1.20.1 (BOMD-1.7.5-1.20.1.jar)? It is currently only for 1.20.4.
