Show the currently selected block in the world #110

Right now you don't really know what block you have selected when resizing or adding a new partition. There should probably be a new terracotta colour to represent this.

I guess something like Orange Terracotta / Yellow Terracotta when u select the corner of a claim to change its size and something like Green Terracotta / Lime Terracotta to create a new partition with.

We're for sure not short on colours. I'll play around with what I think looks visually best.
