Is this still actively being developed? Is this the best solution for collaborative code editor in the browser?

It works in the current meteor versions, and I use it in production.

It is a working solution for collaborative edition, there are of course different solutions available, but this is working in meteor out of the box.

I'm also using it in production. It's great for simultaneous editing!
